Learn to measure length, time, weight and money
Kids Science : Measure is an educational app for children that helps them learn how to measure length, time, money and weight and practice with the results.
First of all, you need to choose the topic and choose the correct solution from the options presented below. In length, you should open the tape and calculate the length of pencils, balls and ribbons. In time, you should point at the hour that is asked and tap on Done when you think it's correct. In Money, you choose the coins you need in order to pay for the virtual product you've just purchased and then click on Done. Finally, in Weight, which is probably the most challenging of them all, you should try to find out how much does each product weight by placing the other units on the balance and calculating the result.
While the graphics are not too detailed or especially outstanding, the game is really educational and fun at the same time so we'd really recommend it to all the kids who're just learning to measure or want to practise their logic skills.
INFINUT is the developer of Kids Science : Measure lite and premium version, these games are nothing out of this world but perfect for kids who're in the learning process. Easy to use and works perfectly well.
The games are -
Measure length and width of pencils, ribbons, balls and bookmarks - whole, halves and quarters.
Show time on an analog and digital clock in hours, half-hours, quarter-hours and 5 minutes.
Measure weights of watermelons, bottles, balls, boxes and many more.
Pay for drinks, purses, fruits and many more using the coins.
These exercises help kids practice their scientific concepts in a practical way using made-up units of measurement. The mathematical concepts practiced include fractions, count-by-fives, addition by tens and hundreds, total using 25s, 10s, 5s and 1s. Some of the exercises can be solved in more than one way. Kids experiment with solutions as they play.

When we looked for apps to help teach our kids, we couldn't find any that were good. One was just information text for the kids to learn by rote. Another was multiple-choice tests - just press buttons. A third had 2 sound-tracks and 4 animations running all at the same time. How was a kid supposed to focus?
So, we designed and built them games - that teach in the way parents and teachers explain concepts, and engage in the way playing does.

My kids 6 & 4 love your apps! They are so fun and educational! thank you so much please make more. From a homeschooling mom.
Perfect for extra practice. Keeps track of progress. Only bummer is it doesn't stop until the end and its a bit exhaustive for the kids if you don't stop it after awhile. Should be shorter goals addinng up to completion.
The graphics and gameplay are pretty simple, and I don't think this game is worth more than the iirc 99 cents they ask for it. For telling time I like "interactive telling time" a lot better, and for money I think I prefer "Marley's math farm". I haven't found better versions of measuring length or weighing objects though.
