This app enables children, as well as grown-ups, not conversant with Hindi language, to learn the Hindi language. The app uses a simple style and replaces the beginner Hindi books completely.

☛ HINDI Font Limitation ☹: Earlier versions of Android (Froyo/2.2.x, Gingerbread/2.3.x and Honeycomb/3.x) do not seem to have good support for rendering Asian font characters properly. Words that use Matras or are Conjunction words that join more than one word or are Half Words, these are often not rendered correctly by these earlier versions of Android. The latest versions of Android - Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS 4.0.x) and Jelly Beans (4.1.x) do have better support for Hindi though and most (if not all) words are properly rendered by these latest versions.
