MathNotes is a comprehensive note-taking app for all levels of math student. The app features an expand-as-you-type text box with a sidebar of possible symbols and different tabs for different notes. The symbol options screen allows you to tap and add any mathematical symbol to your current note. MathNotes fills the current gap between word processing systems and mathematics.
