Muuzii develops mobile games with fun in mind and mWord game is designed to teach basic vocabulary with proven mobile learning methods. mWord is our first application game to challenge students to pair a new word and we incorporate music, pictures, and interactive movement to stimulate a child’s imagination, thus increasing vocabulary assimilation and retention.
Once a player has satisfactorily completed one level of vocabulary, mWord serves up more challenging words, provides the ability to maintain one’s high score, and allows for download of new games. mWord is an edutainment vocabulary learning and practicing game and designed to deal with the weakest link during English leaning - vocabulary memory. The product is not only consistent with “the Ebbinghaus Forgetting Curve” and “Lightening Learning Method”, but also the edutainment learning method which Muuzii had been studying for years.

The game design setting aimed at three stage of vocabulary learning: vocabulary initial memorize, vocabulary revision, and vocabulary consolidation. As to the stage of vocabulary initial memorize, the test-memory method will be adopted; micro-courses are arranged according to study gradient, and Stage Mode keeps students’ interest up, in the vocabulary revision stage, the vocabulary will be categorize and memorize based on the defective-exclusive method, for this reason, students can review and reinforce focus on difficulties and blind spots; in the stage of vocabulary consolidation, it adopts the tasks and rewards method to encourage students to have a comprehensive review of all vocabulary they learned.
