मिरा ODK Collect

A version of ODK Collect localised for Nepali/Maithili, for the MIRA (मिरा)/UCL low birth weight trial in Nepal.
THIS IS NOT A GENERAL ODK COLLECT CLIENT
Will only work on devices on which the name correctly renders, and due to lack of Nepali/Maithili localisation:
- Nepali strings are shown when language is US English (locale: en_rUS)
- Maithili strings are shown when language is Australian English (locale: en_rAU) - not translated yet
- English strings are shown when language is UK English (locale: en_rGB)
