Let your kids read their favorite books in your device

PlayTales Gold is a children’s application that encourages children to read and lets them discover the magical world of books. This app provides entertainment for children while they're at home, on a trip or whenever they feel like it.

PlayTales Gold also features stories in 8 different languages (English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, and Japanese) so they can gain exposure to different languages. The application consists of a bookstore where you can download unlimited e-books for a low monthly price.

The app features page selection, reader number count and the option to rate stories. You can directly access your collection of downloaded books without internet.

The design is colorful and clean and even though the app has some bug problems (it sometimes force closes) we like the idea and we think it's a really great idea to introduce children to the habit of reading. It's perfect because they are using technology (which they love) at the same time they're exercising their creativity.

Android users can download PlayTales Gold from Google Play and enjoy the app for FREE, or upgrade to a premium subscription to get all the extra features

But there should be another option to go premium. I only see my niece every couple of months so paying a monthly fee is just not making sense at all.
