SCOLA receives and retransmits foreign TV programming from more than 110 countries and also provides other language learning resources through different subscription services. SCOLA resources are used by K-12 schools, universities and colleges, government organizations, and individual language learners to build language skills, increase cultural knowledge, and develop a broader worldview.

SCOLA emphasizes the importance and effectiveness of modern information technology as a tool in overcoming barriers to global understanding and will remain at the forefront of its application.

Program never starts to download, either by sending to my phone or direct download. Also,most people would call this bloatware given the size is greater than 7 Mb. EVO 4G
