Welcome to "Text A Tutor: Live Math Help" for SMARTPHONES gives you access to a math tutor via smartphone when you need it. Send texts or pictures of your problems 365 days per year! New users get a free credit!

After your free trial you can get additional help with math homework for as little as $1 per question/credit! We respond in less than 10 minutes (between 2pm-midnight EST) or we'll give your money/credits back! We also offer help outside those times by appointment.

Simply submit your math problems via the app by typing in a question or using your smartphone's camera. Within minutes our tutors will respond with explanations, worked out solutions, or even video right to your phone. If you don't understand simply reply back to the tutor and they can give additional help!

Text A Tutor Policies:

***You MUST have texting through your phone provider to use this service!

***We answer math questions from Pre-Algebra to Calculus 1! Statistics too!

***You must first purchase texts/credits to use this service and then enter in the code! Click the purchase texts button to go to our website! It's super fast and easy to do using Google Checkout! Just like buying an app! You can get packs as low as $1 per text.

***We answer questions within 10 minutes during open hours. Worked out solutions and videos may take longer!

***Please know our service is not automated. We have real live tutors to help!

***All tutors have degrees in mathematics and are currently employed as highly trained teachers.

***Winter Hours: We will answer everyday from 11 am to midnight (EST)! You may send texts at other times but response time may be longer depending on our tutors locations during these hours!

***At times our tutors may be busy! Please be patient! Our goal is to answer within 10 minutes during our open hours ... however times may vary depending on the type of response desired (ie: work, video, etc)!

***Worked solutions and video responses are not always available. It depends on our tutor's locations and available technology.

***We do have the ability to block customers and will do so if a customer uses offensive language, tries to hack our app, or break our policies.

***We only tutor in the USA!

***We do not condone cheating however we cant spend resources monitoring/controlling questions sent in. We answer any and all questions sent in to us.
