The Haven is an educational centre that focuses on personal and professional growth and relationships. The Haven app is a great way to integrate your learning from Haven programs. It’s also a great introduction to our work if you have not been to The Haven before. It has learning resources only available on the app (breathing coaching and the 5-5-5 communication exercise) and also includes the latest news, links to programs and information about The Haven.
