The iPlayer has been a fantastic app, but video playback seems to have broken on 4.4.3 (Nexus 7). It becomes jerky near the beginning of a programme or after 15-or-so minutes. It broke straight after the 4.4.3 upgrade.

...is there now almost constant buffering on anything I try to watch on the iPlayer?

What have the box done in the last update. Used to be able to browse for programmes by type (Egypt Documentaries and History). Now a random screen of huge pics of a few programmes chosen by the BBC as suitable for me......With, if I scroll across for 5 pages a list of all programmes sorted A-z. What planet do the developers live on, how is this remotely better than the old version. Morons!

Anything I download won't play. I just get an error message.

Since up grade video playback slows down halfway through.

BBC I player is the best app ever

HTC android phone. Downloads all the way and then fails to finalise, so the whole download is lost. Lack of testing from the BBC and a poor audience experience.

The download for later makes it the app it should be.

I'm not really sure what all the complaints are about. It seems a well designed app which functions as it says it does

Would be great but keeps crashing and downloads don't work correctly!
