Body Fitness is a fitness application for Android that will help you work out daily and get into shape by doing exercises (there are over 300) on all parts of the body you want: core, lower lody, arms, chest, shoulders, back. In addition, you can also take yoga exercises.
In Exercise Library there's a wide catalogue where you can choose the exercises by muscle (deltoids, pectoralis), body part (Upper body, core exercise) and equipment (Balance board, Bench, Bosu). Then, the steps will appear with both text and pictures so you can understand it better. In the Workout section there's a wide list of complete routines with the type, equipment and number of exercises it contains. The workouts are divided into Full body, Strength and conditioning, weight loss and core strength. The yoga exercises are also divided into useful categories where you can choose the ones that you enjoy the most and all are really well-explained if you are not used to do them on your own. Cardio is the last of the sections, which includes several activities that you can try to improve your health.
Although the design of the menu could be improved, the contents are so complete and the app works so well it doesn't even matter. The usability is great and it doesn't take long to load even though the many activities. The images are pretty self-explanatory but it could be even better if videos were included.
