Could not change position of pic (to center in poster) , only make bigger or smaller. Needs better image tools or settings

Not able to save on my Transformer Prime. Device has to have a menu button in order to pull up save/share options. Also, when I was able to save on my GS3, it failed to do so.

Can't resize or move image once it has been selected (N10 portrait mode), but can't even see the image in landscape mode.
