Recently changed in this version:
If a server's timers are counting up, it means that the last submitted time for that event is too far in the past. This is to prevent your device from hanging while it would calculate over half a billion milliseconds. The best way to resolve an upward counting timer is to submit a new time for that event.

Timers still have not been fixed and are still counting up, if they are even counting at all, on multiple servers. Completely useless until fixed.
