DVR Commander for TiVo® (formerly TiVo Commander) is an open source application, capable of connecting to and controlling a TiVo Premiere device (and only a Premiere).
Features:
* A full remote control, with keyboard input.
* Browse all recorded shows. Watch them, on your TV, and delete them.
* Search for shows/movies/actors.
* See credits for shows/movies, and suggestions for similar shows/movies.
* Record individual shows and add/modify/remove season passes.
* Display and manage the To Do list.
* Display and manage the Season Pass list.
Sadly, this app will not work with Virgin Media devices. If you are a Virgin Media customer and want it to, contact them.

This app works great and is quick! The two improvements I would like to see is on the status bar it would say which tivo you are currently connected to and also being able to play shows from one tivo on another tivo(I have two premieres).

Followed all help instructions and couldnt find my Tivo box. Entered Mak and Ip, but still no joy. Waste of time. Stick to the official app. Dissapointing.

Better TiVo app than TiVo's, by far. Would be nice if the Now Showing Playback Remote gave quick access to the CC (close caption) option, but still - faster, reliable, and easier to use. Excellent!
