Faces (Your Face In 3D)

Faces is an Android app that allows a person to take a picture using the camera on their phone/device and then, by utilizing the easy to use built-in modeler, they can convert it to a 3D avatar. A picture can be imported from the gallery as well.

Game fans, you always wanted to see yourself in 3D, now here's your chance! We use our own 3D rendering engine that is being utilized for our mobile game platform. In the future, you will be able to import your face onto an avatar in a game.

Once a "Face" is created, it can be viewed and interacted with. Right now it can only be rotated. Faces will be able to do much more in the near future, we promise!

A free Dot Product Software account is not required to use the app but you will not be able to use the new Download feature that allows you to retrieve new meshes as they become available.
All mesh downloads are free, but if you prefer not to open an account, you will still be able to use the 3 meshes that come packaged in the app when first downloaded.

We, Dot Product Software, will address all issues and will do everything to get the fixes out as quickly as possible. Please submit error reports or we may not know there is a problem.

This app is tested on Motorola, HTC Incredible, Samsung 7" tablet devices prior to any release.
