Download caches directly into GeoHawk's internal database by selecting a region of the map, or by providing the cache id, or by importing pocket queries. GeoHawk stores all of the geocaches you download on the device and lets you refresh them with ease.
Plan a geocache outing by marking caches you want to find as active, and drive to them via integration with Google navigation, or by using GeoHawk's compass mode if you are close by. Then simply submit geocache and trackable logs directly from the application.
An extensive search mechanism allows you to filter GeoHawk's internal database of geocaches, letting you map only those caches you wish to see. You can also search for caches at you current location so no matter where you are, you will know whether or not there is a cache close by.
Add and sort your own custom waypoints to help you plot additional coordinates for any cache that is in GeoHawk's database. Waypoints can be marked as complete, and GeoHawk will automatically choose the next available waypoint - great for working through multis in the field.
Images associated with geocaches and trackables can be automatically downloaded and cached on the sdcard. Hyperlinks are also displayed in the geocache and trackable descriptions.
Record when a find is a FTF, 2TF, or 3TF along with the find time and find number, and have this information automatically populated when submitting your find log.
An extensive help system is enabled by default to teach you how to use the application should you need it.
If you have any comments, issues, or feature requests, please post them at http://geohawkforandroid.wordpress.com/
Write External Storage - This is required to export the database file to the sdcard if you choose to, and to cache any images that you download.
Internet - Used extensively by GeoHawk, mainly to download geocache information from geocaching.com. Access is also required to receive ads and also to send out analytics data.
Access Fine Location / Access Network State - Used primarily for plotting your position in compass mode, which is a core feature of GeoHawk. It is also used by GeoHawk for mapping your GPS position in the search results map.
