They changed formats to crappy music but continue to update this now useless "talk radio" application which does nothing but take up space.

This channel offered some of the best talk radio shows since its creation in 1999, but as of January 1, 2013, the syndicate opted to go with an all music format of really bad music. Uninstalled the app because 96.9 now sucks.

I used to listen to 96.9 every day, until they changed it to yet more crappy hip hop, because apparently Boston needed a 5th frequency doing that. I will miss the best morning and afternoon shows in Boston. I listened from day one in 1999, but I am sadly
