When going to bed, simply launch the app and a window opens to tell you that the alarm is set for your chosen sleep time. (Default is 8 hours until you change it)
You’re done! The window closes automatically in ten seconds and your phone’s screen will soon darken. You will be woken up with nice piano music when the countdown has finished.
If you want to change the sleep time, just press “Change Sleep Time” when you launch the app. Choose a new sleep time and select “Set”. The alarm is now set and the app will use this new sleep time whenever you launch it.
You can always change the sleep time when you launch the app.
