The app is written with OPEN GL ES 2.0.
Navigate through planets and their moons in 3D mode. Explore their surface with detail.
The position and orbits of the planets are real according to date and time.
The size and orbits of planets are real (but in very very small scale), except the sun which is in very very very small scale.
You have the following options:
1)Move from planet to planet and moons
2)Rotate the camera to view planets from every angle
3)Zoom in and out to get a panoramic view of Solar System
4)Toggle orbits, planet axis, moons size
5)Stop the movement, go faster, slower … or backwards
6) Hear the sound of planets (from electromagnetic waves they produce)
7) Use Spaship Mode to travel throught planets.
Use your finger to navigate and rotate the view
1)Double tap to go to next planet/moon
2)Scroll with one finger to change view angle
3)Zoom in/out with two fingers touch
4)Use three fingers to go up and down
5)Use the “Start Position” to view the current planet.
6)Use the “Go to” to jump to a planet.
The Solar System includes 36 planets and moons:
Sun, Mercury, Venus, Earth (with Moon), Mars (with Phobos, Deimos), Jupiter (with Amalthea, Io, Europa, Ganymede, Callisto), Saturn (with his rings and Prometheus, Epimetheus, Mimas, Enceladus, Tethys, Dione, Rhea, Titan, Hyperion, Iapetus, Phoebe), Uranus (with Miranda, Ariel, Umbriel, Titania, Oberon), Neptune (with Proteus, Triton) and Pluto.
The app works on phones and tablets. But it may take time to load on phones.
