Its real simple.
Stick your finger in that poo. Then wipe it all over. Once you've wiped all the poo off your finger, its time to go back for more. To smear poo on your own background, press menu and select change background. When you're done, you can save and/or email it to all your friends. Come on people. When I first opened the apparently it worked and was funny but then I went back to it and it was glitching and didn't work
