I used to be able to record my shows with ease. Now its a whole big process. I have yet to successfully record a show. Just awful. They need to fix this asap.

Listen Verizon, make up your mind. First remote is a separate app, then integrated into MyFios, now it's separate again. Still junk though. Just make it work for once.

I have seen start up companies build more stable apps. Billion dollar company produced an app that absolutely does not work? Maybe faster is better. Get your act together.
