    OK, my first suggestion is to allow user to change agent 7.7% instead of fixed for a particular agent. Then, if you can add graphics charting to show trends will be more easy to view the results. Thanks. Well-done. - David Lin Congratulations !

    It doesn't allow for analysis of your entire investment portfolio....you can only enter one property and analyse that. This is far too basic.

    I searched more than twenty calculators for the aussie mortgage/house market. This is the only I found that gives you the opportunity to estimate monthly/fortnightly/weekly repayments. Plus it does so much more usefull financial stuff - check it out. And
