- Contact Bank Austria directly – to have your card blocked, make an appointment or for an inquiry, and get assistance with MobileBanking. The Bank Austria ServiceLines team will be pleased to help you.
- Security is at the forefront of considerations for the Bank Austria MobileBanking app. The data exchange is encrypted via SSL, the security certificates of the connection are checked to ensure a proper connection. Please use the logout function to log off. The Bank Austria server will automatically terminate the connection after 15 minutes in which there was no inquiry, and you will have to log in again.

Das kann nicht ernst gemeint sein, oder? Die Bedienung ist grauenvoll, die Übersichtlichkeit nicht gegeben, große Teile sind nicht übersetzt, viele Funktionen fehlen überhaupt,... dafür steht es der Webversion um nichts nach, denn die ist ebenso miss

Endlich wieder benutzbar, auch wenn das mobile-banking-Interface (gilt für das online-banking gleichermaßen) vor der großen Umstellung wesentlich übersichtlicher, da simpler, war. Ein Link zur Filialliste bzw. Bankomaten in der Nähe wäre wünschensw
