    Get app on my old s3 galaxy phone but have just tried to download on my new s5 and it doesn't work. Very dissapointed.

    Does not display accounts, PIN sentry on hold, slow running. I phoned the helpline but they were not at home. Can I have the old one back please.

    Hated it, but it had some uses like pinsentry. Rooted my phone, it stopped working. Unrooted my phone, still won't work. Dire.

    This app was one of the most valuable tools available to my business and now simply won't work. The app starts up and closes down straight away and its been like this for months now.... Absolutely astonished that Barclay have ignored the community and left a broken app on public domain!!

    Since the update, I've re-installed twice. the first time it worked, but then my passcode stopped working. The second time, the verification code sent to me was invalid. USELESS!

    Causing me all sorts of problems and even worse after update. Doesn't show all my accounts, won't let me transfer money and shuts down when I try to make a credit card payment. I've complained a number of times but nothing has been done. Change of bank is my only option left it seems.

    Anybody at Barclay's listening? I done the update and regret it, as can not open the app it crashes as soon it tries to connect, not even going as far as login screen??? What do I do?
