Output format fixed so that commas appear in numbers. Also, text fields fully highlighted on click, so default values can be changed quickly.

Lately its not been working and is bring force closed on GNex 4.2.2. Uninstalling and reinstalling is saying "insufficient storage", though I have 6Gb storage and 110MB RAM available. Please fix this great app.
