    In the account login menu it keeps saying that I am using an invalid username or password when I try to login in.

    Not the best mobile banking app. Would love to see it optimized for higher res screens. It has always bothered me that the dimensions aren't correct on 720p and 1080p displays. Also random crashes sometimes are annoying

    Love being able to look at all my accounts and transactions. But having to put in my username and password every time is very annoying. After good log in allow a passcode like some credit card apps have even if only for a week or two before having to log in with username and password again. Once that happens 5 stars easy.

    I re-installed the app because it told me that my account wasn't available & after re-installing, it says that the username/password is invalid, which is untrue because I log on regularly. This app is very frustrating because it works when it wants to.

    I would love this app if i could use it. Every time I register for an online account, it just takes me to the log in screen when I click verify. It doesn't give me a name or password or let me pick or anything.

    I started a City Bank account because of the great features I could get with this app... But it doesn't work. Every time I try to log in, it says account information not available at this time. Please get this fixed. It's ridiculous.
