This app needs some real love to make it appear and perform like a professional banking app should. Right now it just looks cheap and like it's a means to spam ads about the credit union. Also, why are usernames case sensitive here and on the website? Further, there are no instructions as to how to set up remote banking thus rendering the only unique offering this app had to offer its users useles

Click on new users and it asks for an ID to see if you're in the system then whether you or something in or not it goes back to the website where you can either click log in or me users again

It would never let me login. Always told me it was wrong. I could only get on from a computer. App is crap.

Can't access our account and we've called several times and they have reset it and it still does not work! This app does nothing but take up space.

App used to provide access to accounts. Now it just sends you out to a browser when you select "account access". I'm not sure what else the app does now, but the primary use I had for it is gone.
