It is a great app and easy to use as long as you configure everything properly from the actual eProcessing Nework account (not the application) you gotta make the License point to right stuff. Needs work on Galaxy S4 and S5: the permissions to record_audio I think conflict with the phone settings. The S4 has a smart port and displays allowed apps and because of the permission for the audio jack it

I would like to use this service to process credit cards for my business. Unfortunately it simply isn't possible. The service provider is now looking for a Blue tooth solution vs. the phone swiper, but no promises, and higher costs to me. Maybe it will work out? But I am now looking to go back to my former service with Intuit.

Has never worked on my company's devices Galaxy s3 and 4. I'd rate a zero if I could. No support from company.

This app is stuck on my phone according to Google Play and there is no way to uninstall it, I would NOT recommend this app. I wish Google would fix the bugs on their system, the phone doesn't show this app and Google Play says its installed. A long time ago you could just click online in your app menu on the app you wish to uninstall, now Google Play removed the uninstall buttons online the phones

App works fine. But the swipers are terrible. Don't buy the swipers just key in the number manually

Love this app no need to swipe cards, works every time i need it..Never had a problem and Very useful where ever you are.. recommend it to anyone that need to do credit/debit cards transactions!

Just switched to the Galaxy S3 from the S2. App keeps freezing and I have to shut down the phone. Hate it. Very unprofessional when dealing with clients. Wasn't an issue with the S2.

Or the S3. Only works on the Samsung tab two sometimes our a droid 4 sometimes. Waste of an application fee and keyed transactions cost More. Epic Leaving epn after six months of really high fees. This buggy software contributed to those high fees. Epic fail. Extremely dissatisfied.

My ePNMobile Pro encrypted reader is no longer working. Now have Samsung Galaxy Note 3 ( was using Galaxy Note 2), are you going to continue offering support for a device I only purchased 8 months ago? What are my options? Don't want to manually enter customers credit cards, appears very unprofessional and costs more $$. Please respond. Thank you!

The app is very buggy, and has poor functionality. I have tried it on multiple devices and it always has the same annoying issues.
