About Mobile Check Deposit:
Mobile Check Deposit allows you to deposit checks from your mobile device. Customers must have an account in good standing with First Citizens for 35 days before they are eligible for mobile deposit. To learn more about mobile check deposit limits, funds availability and more, visit
To use First Citizens Mobile Banking, you must have a First Citizens account with a Personal Online Banking customer ID and password. At this time, First Citizens Mobile Banking is not available for customers using Business Online Banking.

    Can not even login. I have my password and username for online banking, but its refusing to let me in

    Closes the app after taking picture of check and will not complete the deposit

    Don't use the mobile deposit, unless you are ready to go three business days to to get your paycheck posted and available to your account. Wow, most banks mobile deposits go in immediately.

    Password paste doesn't work. This prevents using long, un-memorizable password, as recommended by security experts. Also, when making deposit, initially present number keypad disappears on first keypress, dropping back to std alpha keyboard. This is just sloppy programming and has been present in last two versions at least.
