Requirements: To utilize mobile banking, a customer must:
-Be enrolled in Internet Banking
-Have a valid mobile phone and number (Note: the mobile phone does not have to be a smartphone
-Have a mobile device with Internet access via a browser and/or have text messaging enabled
-If using web browser to access Mobile Banking, the mobile device must have cookies enabled
You may enroll in Internet Banking by following the enrollment instructions on our website, www.fsbcarthage.com, or by visiting with one of our New Accounts Representatives who will guide you through the process.
Security: The security of Mobile Banking is critical to both you, the customer, and the Bank. Our Mobile Banking product utilizes state of the art security measures such as:
-Multi-Factor Authentication is the same as our Internet Banking product
-SSL protection is the same as our Internet Banking product
-HTTPS encryption with 128-bit AES public key encryption certificates for all traffic between the mobile device and the Internet
-No data or application pages are stored on the mobile device with each page being retrieved on-demand
