Error 888 pops up if I try to access my accounts. I can't trust an app that suggests I try to 'log out and log back in' to see if that fixes the problem! No exit button, have to kill the app to get out... just hopeless.

This bank is stuck in a previous generation and has a complete disregard for customer experience and the digital age. The security key fob is required each time which makes the app pointless in my opinion. The idea around an app is that it should be convenient and accessible on the go. Is this app accessible? HSBC need to see how apps are being built by Barclays and Natwest and learn how it's do

To access the app you need you username password and security device. This makes it pretty pointless ad I can use it to quickly check my balances. Looks shoddy too. See nationwide on how to do it properly.

Ui is horrible. They need to enable a pin code login or something like that. It's impossible to have your hsbc dongle with you all the time then you may as well use the entire web interface. If you need to copy someone then look at Barclays... they even allow you to cancel your card from the app...

You can log in with your current credentials and displays the balances and next day transactions but thats about it. However the app looks really unprofessional and cheaply designed with poor user interface, you would think that with HSBC being one of the biggest banks in the world that they would provide Android users with a top class app

If the personal banking app can have full statemens, why cant the business app? Access like personal banking without keyfob please. Very clunky and poor to operate and navigate. Sombody look at the android app design guidlines, and use and follow them.

I've got non memorable passwords for security but this expects you to type it in! Needs optimising for mobile use.
