    Alpha/numeric "keys" pressed recognizes BOTH the alpha AND numeral, creating incorrect login/pw error messages. Ex: user id or pw of utopia345 is recognized as utopiae3r4t5.

    I was on vacation and needed to send a copy of my policy to someone. I pulled it up and did a screen swipe. Problem solved. Payments are easily made on as well.

    Missing text all over the place containing instead placeholder "Lorem ipsum dolor...". Hyperlinks overlaid with a row of red greater than symbols. Unusable!!
