On Nexus 7 somehow the enter your pin just doesn't work. I enter the numbers but nothing gets in the pin entry field. It gives me unable to login error. On same tablet I have Capital one app which has Capital 360 in there and I can login with that. May be

The pictures taken using the check deposit feature is terrible. This is NOT a camera problem, as I can use the same phone, and take a very crisp and clear picture. But using this app, the picture looks terrible. Due to this, 9/10 check deposits would get

Anything above checkbook size is guaranteed to be rejected. You can spend half an hour trying to get a clear picture, and it still won't be accepted. It's insanely frustrating, given there is no other (practical) way to get a check into your account.

App closes as soon as it opens the camera to take a picture of my check to be deposited. I did not have this prob with the ING app. I have the Kyocera hydro android phone.

Keyboard does not minimize when Enter key is hit after typing PIN. Manually minimizing the keyboard seems to cause incorrect keystrokes, leading to incorrect PIN error.
