Upon first login you’ll need to register your vehicle details for ATO purposes. After this, you won’t need to do it again. Logging your trip couldn’t be easier. The easiest way to use Logit Fleetcare is to log trips using the GPS functionality in your phone.
Logit Fleetcare is very clever. It remembers your end odometer reading from your previous trip and logs it straight to your next journey as your start odometer. It also remembers your most frequent journey purposes and pre-populates for you each time (with the ability to change it of course). The start and end date are automatically added too, so really, you don’t have to enter much at all!
If you forgot your phone or need to log a retrospective trip for any reason Logit Fleetcare lets you do that too using the Manually Record Trip function.
If you drive more than one company vehicle it’s no problem as Logit Fleetcare can keep logbooks for up to 2 vehicles (as per ATO rules).
You can review and edit previous trips at any time. At the end of your 12 weeks you can easily publish your logbook by e-mailing it to whomever you need to. Equally you can publish expense reports in the same way.
To make your life easier, Logit Fleetcare allows you to publish your logbook in ATO compliant format and send it to others. So come FBT time, you’ll have everything you need! The logbook is built with ATO compliance behind the scenes, so if you try to enter anything non-compliant it will remind you (see, told you it was clever!)
