    The old app worked extremely well. As soon as they "improved" the entire app, it seldom works at all. Totally busted. In the time it takes me to check balances, transfer $, etc I could have driven 10 mins to the bank and did the same thing. Check deposit is still totally busted, doesn't work at all. Members 1st should be utterly humiliated that this app exists as it does... embarassing.

    Worthless. Unable to navigate site. Hitting back button on browser works though!? Just wanted to check balance. Painful to do so.

    Previous update and completely revamped update all bad. Who in the hell looks at their checking account online seeing each credit and debit without an update to the current amount beside each transaction. How the hell am I suppose to balance my checkbook correctly? Also functionality slow and unresponsive. You guys are good at wasting your time and money. App isn't worth using and neither is using

    Since the revamp, the app has been incredibly unresponsive. It can take me anywhere from 10-30 seconds for the app to even recognize when I am attempting to access a menu. When it does function, the overall layout, look and depth of options are quite nice

    This worked fine until they decided security was an issue after a manager rip them off for over $130,000, so now the customers get screwed. 2 months later I can now say because of the assasine security bullshit I finally closed all my accounts. Good luck super hero Bob!!

    It takes over 30 minutes to deposit a check because the app keeps crashing. The app is not stand alone and is just a reflection of what is off the mobile version of their site. It's poor and lazy. For being a bank, they should have money to build build a decent app. Instead of having customers continously call back because their check can't be deposited due to an error on the app.

    Last update really helped. I haven't tried check/mobile deposit yet which explains 3 stars, but definitely a good update. I can log in quickly and efficiently so far. Samsung Galaxy s3.

    This app sucks! Much slower and some of the sections don't work all the time.
