Never had a problem with your app. You are the best bank I've ever had. The customer service is great. Employees are very friendly. You get a 5 star from me because you answer all my problems.

It's nice to check my bank account wherever I'm at, but it has a lot of bugs they need to work out.

All these negative reviews urged me to chip in. I've been using this app for well over 2 years and have never had a problem with it. To those who are whining about an app being essential, be happy that this stuff even exists. It is a luxury, not an obligation on their part.

The app now freezes and when you try to do a deposit. This is super frustrating!

App is ok. But I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 Active and the deposit feature will not work. It freezes every time I try to capture an image of the check.

I've had very few problems using this app with Samsung III. I like being able to check my accounts while on the go.

This app is useless most times. It lets me enter in my credentials and then freezes. Company needs to address this, apps are essential for a good bank experience nowadays.

I've never had an issue with the app for the most part...maybe once or twice. It's very convenient.
