All these negative reviews urged me to chip in. I've been using this app for well over 2 years and have never had a problem with it. To those who are whining about an app being essential, be happy that this stuff even exists. It is a luxury, not an obligation on their part.

The app now freezes and when you try to do a deposit. This is super frustrating!

App is ok. But I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 Active and the deposit feature will not work. It freezes every time I try to capture an image of the check.

I've had very few problems using this app with Samsung III. I like being able to check my accounts while on the go.

This app is useless most times. It lets me enter in my credentials and then freezes. Company needs to address this, apps are essential for a good bank experience nowadays.

I've never had an issue with the app for the most part...maybe once or twice. It's very convenient.

App works when it wants to. It is super glitchy and slow. Ads are annoying. Only thing I hate about this bank is this application! Fix please!

After the last update it won't let me log in, I would like to be able to use the app to check my accounts not look at a blank screen

Barely works. Worthless. I like the bank but the app is terrible.
