Doesn't let you calculate downpayments greater than 40% of the value. Not a good illustration of true cost because it doesn't consider taxes, hoa fee etc.

App is cool. But loan people are a joke. Said they don't loan for smaller amounts and credit was to low. Then why did they pop up when I put the parameters in. Will never do business with lenders on here.
