Isn't flexible for non-US users - needs tooltips to explain different parts of the loan, possibly add in other things to think about, like hydro and utilities, or even condo fees.

Needs to have taxes adjustable. Unfortunately in my area $150k house taxes are $4500.

You can save a calculation in faves... awesome! until you see that all other favorites now have same parameters and payments

Love it
