    Much better after the latest overhaul; the app has a simpler, actually functional interface that's easier to navigate than before. This is what it should have been in the first place.

    Though the interface and navigation are much better and smoother, I have the hardest time trying to type in a payment amount! I've used this app for a year and within the last few months, have resorted to paying my bill online, which isn't bad but not as convenient :/ Also, my username isn't saved anymore when I login :(

    Must many type User Name each time won't save login information nor does it recognize saved login information. Needs new key strokes or then locks Account! Zero contact by email options and this is year 2014 seriously. Only 800 phone #'s that's quite poor if you ask me. On top that constant updating of app which would take 2 hour's to re review use policy again loosing all information & bank in
