    It's takes too long for my account to be updated. Not showing exactly what I have in the bank. Please sort this out too slow.

    This app was amazing on my s4. Since upgrading to s6 running lollypop it is totally unresponsive! To do anything requires numerous presses for it to even register. This app is in serious need of an update! Only thing it's good for now is quick balance as you don't have to enter anything in! Sort it out please!!!!

    I've installed and uninstalled 4 times now and it's unresponsive. Just can't past stage 1 of the set up even. Worked just fine on my last phone but this new upgrade has messed it up. I'm not happy!

    Takes several attempts for a response and also now does not show my last few transactions and tells me I can view them online, that takes too long and is why I installed this app. Please sort this asap

    No problem logging in but doesn't respond to any taps after that....I couldn't even log out!!!!!

    The app works as expected, its just that any interaction you do is slow as molasses. Scrolling is laggy and takes ages. Button presses take a long time to register as well. Please sort it out!

    I used to use this app all the time on my old phone, it worked great but it is useless on the new Samsung s6. It doesn't respond when buttons are hit, and the screen keeps freezing. I hope Nationwide can find a fix for it soon.

    Doesn't work anywhere near as well on my new S6 as it did on iPhone. Very laggy/jerky ui requiring many clicks to register

    It used to be good. Now it's rubbish. Need to click functions many times for response. Is is it still secure ? Nationwide suggested I unsubscribe and resubscribe. It got worse. Would not even let me start up

    This was great for iPhone but terrible for my S6. Several taps needed to do anything very jumpy screens. It took ages to transfer when it used to take seconds. Really bad

    I have just recently joined and already love it. The mobile banking app makes it much easier to keep track of my account. Wold definitely recommend d this building society! ☺

    The app is compatible with the Note 4, but it hasn't been optimised for it so everything looks so large and takes forever to do anything because you have to tap everything 2-3 times before it will work! Hopefully Nationwide pay attention to the reviews and will fix this asap
