NatWest Mobile banking for customers who hold NatWest personal bank accounts in the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Gibraltar.


• Check your balance and recent transactions for your NatWest accounts offshore
• Pay bills or people - just set up and make your first payment in Online Banking beforehand

• Top up your UK pay as you go mobile phones (available for major UK mobile networks only)


To use the Mobile banking app you need to be aged 11 or over, be a NatWest Online Banking customer with a personal account held in the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Gibraltar and have a mobile telephone number starting:

• 07 (Channel Islands, IoM or UK)
• 0034 (Spain)
• 00350 (Gibraltar)
• 00447 (UK phone used overseas)

Once you've downloaded the app, registering is simple. All you need is your Online Banking customer number, debit card and some other information including your card security number.

To complete the registration process, we’ll verify your details and send you a text message within 24 hours to let you know that you can start using the app.

    IPhone app shows me when money is on hold for a future withdrawl, eg standing orders coming out of account 3 days later and money in account but unavailable. I can see the individual amounts on hold on iPhone app but not on android app. Fix please!

    Connected to WiFi. After prompting for my mobile number and accepting terms the app freezes and after a few minutes says 'this app requires an Internet connection please check your...' same bugs since year zero. Fix it natwest.
