Camera will not come into focus when trying to take a photo of check. Camera works great outside of app.

I can login fine on the website but when I try here its invalid information. Until fixed app design lacks usefulness. Fix or contiune to show how much worse you are than Navy federal.

Navigation and readily available info is right at my fingertips now. I like the security measures too.

The load time for this app.makes you not want to use it. It's incredibly slow and if you hit any part of the screen it will cancel the loading. And it takes so long that my screen turns off.

Pretty good for checking balances. App is very slow, though, even accounting for the use of a secure connection. It also needs to be more tolerant of orientation changes/screen off/etc. instead of returning to the login screen. Mobile deposit is good when it wants to work, but the back-end processing doesn't seem very robust (it chokes a lot on good pictures).
