I tried this for 6 months. It kept saying that i paid my bill showed that everything was up to date. But everytime i check online it showed i had not paid.

Although it's a fast & easy way to make a payment there is an extra service charge to pay your bill which should be removed. But the worst is when you've already paid your bill the app takes out the same amount paid a 2nd time out of your bank account and
