This Service boots at startup or manually and watches quietly for incoming carrier's balance change notifications.
We guarantee, that we keep track of balance info only, nothing else.
To enable the service, please go to Settings->Accessibility->SIMMoneyAcc, and toggle the on/off switch if it's not "On".
!!! Note: if the App has troubles capturing notifications, try to disable (Off) and enable (On) service again. !!!
To enable the carrier's notification, follow http://moscow.megafon.ru/services/finance/live_balance.html, for example - by USSD-command *134*1# (carrier charges 1$ per month, first 2 weeks are for free, as of on January'2013)
Currently only Megafon (Russian carrier) is tested, others will be added soon.
