    I cannot see all transactions before before update. I now have to use a regular computer to get the information that the mobile app should provide. Dissatisfied customer.

    I like the reliability of the app, but it's very annoying when you cant tell if something had actually cleared your account. Pendings in a new color, or maybe even an extra pendings page like the bb&t app would be nice. Otherwise, pretty great for checking your account when away from home.

    This would be a fairly decent app if it would load. Half the time it won't and when it does, it always comes up with an error message. I always end up giving up and just using the bank website itself. This app has a lot to improve on before I'm satisfied.

    This bank is clearly behind the eight ball not yet providing RDC with their mobile app. The app itself also feels outdated ie using design standards from the last decade. Meh

    Doesn't show updated transactions and shows wrong balance. Have to go to website to get current information. Used to be good but recent "update" sucks

    The old app I could pay bills through the online bill pay just fine. Now, I'm unable to enter a decimal which means I can't pay dollars and cents, only whole dollar amounts. This us annoying and I'm not sure why the functionality of the app took a step back in usability after an upgrade. For that reason, I give it a before average rating.

    Where I am from I have to drive an hour to deposit my checks for this bank. For a year mobile deposit has been an idea for tall but never a reality. As big of a company as this is, you need to catch up.
