Added support for Popmoney person-to-person payments.
The app will ask permission to access your contact list which is only used as a convenience for filling in payment fields if your Financial Institution offers Popmoney. Selected contacts will be stored for your convenience with future transactions, otherwise no contact information will be stored.

It doesn't work so far with business accounts and if it does I'm sure we will still have call in and find something out that should have been made obvious from the start.

App does not work for business banking, which is the only account we have for Teche. It doesn't recognize user log in information.
