After the update this app is terrible from the start. It takes forever to load and is slow over all. Added features are good, but bring back the speed of the previous version.

Only shows 1 week of transactions with no way to expand view. No way to do cross account transfer.

I need to see transaction history and I can't. Can't get it from the mobile site either. Can't get the desktop site from my phone. I like to do EVERYTHING from my phone or tablet when not at work, so I call this a major fail.

Not only is the app lacking some features that many other banks have implemented years ago, it now seems to be buggy where it crashes from time to time which alone isn't too bad, but for some reason the bill pay feature disappears after such a crash on me. Very odd behavior for an app. It crashed on me again today (23Oct13) and the billpay button disappeared!

Sometimes the transfer screen works, sometimes it doesn't. Needs an update for modern, high-res devices. The showcase screenshots are from Android 1.5 and 1.6 devices... The app was created after the release of 3.0, if not 4.0.

Nice clean app. Runs smoothly, never crashes on my android. Sure, not a lot of bells and whistles but I'm sure they'll come!

Would love the ability to take photos of checks for deposits like other banks offer. Glad to have an app though. Would be great if we could access our credit cards as well through here.

Login process not best for a mobile app - need to change to a passcode. This makes the app a pain to use on a mobile device. Cannot categorize transaction for Quicken with app (I can with my USAA app). Category shows up in Quicken.

I'm glad to finally have a banking app, but it's not pretty. Please optimize it for higher resolution screens and a less outdated ui. Also I get force closes on many of the features such as picture deposit and the map feature.

I used this app and immediately found 3 shortcomings: 1) I couldn't find the real hours of operation for a location. The standard hours are listed, but there are 2 holidays around this time (Christmas Day and New Year's Day) and there was no indication on what days the locations were closed. 2) On the "transfer" screen, the "Amount" field is not user-friendly -- the value is light gray on a wh
