    after downloading you get a text to activate the account, but the link doesn't load so I can't actually use it.

    text message help is sending the same text again and again which is basically useless

    After entering the code and name. All it does ask me tooo many questions. It doesn't show me my account. I answered more than 50 questions. Please fix. Ty.

    I did everything to install it and it asked me a ton of personal questions over and over and it still did not work. I answered about 30 questions. Most of the questions they could not possibly know the answer to. I never entered those answers anywhere for this program or my credit union. Tried it again today and just as bad. This is a POS app and I will be reporting it to my financial institu

    App was nice before there latest two updates. Now their Server Error is the only function this app provides.

    It asks me for security questions I never answered. How am I supposed to answer them if I never made them in the first place? Can't use the app. Pointless. Time to delete.

    I kept getting a error message when I tried to log in for over a week.So finally I logged into my banking website and seen where my account was locked. I unlocked my account and downloaded the app again. went through all procedures as far as putting in the bank code and now it works fine

    Any chance you can add copy paste for the password, or support for last pass. Using last pass to generate extremely complicated passwords, and not even having an option to copy paste is really a pita.

    Yes, we want our mobile banking apps to be secure. But holy crap is this app over the top with security questions. Hard to use with a password manager as this app forces you start over if you switch screens. No way to paste into the password field either. Would you like me to have a long, secure password and use a password manager? Or have a poor, short password I can remember? No check deposits e

    Same as other. New Galaxy S5 app keeps asking security questions. I didn't even give answers for half of them when I originally signed up. I as asked 20+ questions, many repeats. WTH? So can't activate. Going to encourage my CU to look for another vender if possible. Oh and says to call when error message but doesn't supply a number.
