after downloading you get a text to activate the account, but the link doesn't load so I can't actually use it.
text message help is sending the same text again and again which is basically useless

Downloads, installs, asks security questions, I accept terms but it either can't confirm identity or it doesn't validate. Then the only way to get out of the system error is to uninstall the app. Called bank they told me I had to reset security questions in my on line account and it should work. Guess what? Not! Now I will wait until tomorrow. Maybe when it does the nightly backup.... You know t

I used a password manager called Laspass. I have one password that links to everything I choose to only remember that complex password and have it remember all of the others. Until recently that has worked, Since then this app no longer supports clipboard and will not allow me to paste my 20 character password in. When I registered, it kept asking me an endless slew of security questions and some of them were not applicable. I'm not married! Ridiculous app!

The log off button was unidentifiable on mobile app and only shows checks and debits, but not whether they have been paid or the transaction is pending. You could get tips from the old Ash Grove bank mobile app or another bank mobile app such as Great Southern. Both of these apps are user friendly!

Very convenient, only takes seconds to make sure transactions cleared, deposits and check my balance. I recommend this app as well as the bank.
