2. Log-in to your Internet Banking account and send us an email with subject: UMobile Enrollment
Provide the following information:
- Full Name (First/Middle/Last) as it appears in your account
- Birth Date
- Address
- Email Address
- Mobile Number
- Phone Model and Unit
Account Number/s to be enrolled (must be your own account)
Enrollment is subject for review and approval. You will receive an SMS notification once you are successfully enrolled to UMobile.

Everytimw I tried to pay my sun cellular bill or transfer funds it always shows an error message "trandaction failed". Tried to send sms to support ad well it does not work.

Is it only me or it only works via carrier network? When ever I'm connected via WiFi it says "Please check your network connectivity" but it works fine on 3G/4G... Please update the app soon so it can also work when connected to WiFi
