Is it possible to set up a feature to do transfer between accounts in DIFFERENT banks? The feature in the online website is not working. It would be nice to be able to do it on the mobile app.

Despite the email from bank indicating that this feature is up and running...I get an error message every time I try to do a mobile deposit. I can't even select an account. Customer service rep said it was a soft launch.
