    Your personal info is now handled by a third party. Express deposit no longer functional. Changing my username and password was a nightmare. No improved functionality over previous version. No longer feel secure about personal info. Started a new primary bank account with another financial institute just to have quality online/mobile service. Found much better results with them! Abandoned visions,

    Even with a strong 4g connection the app is pretty slow to load. I am also very annoyed by the broken "express deposit" feature. I can't even get it to work on my computer. Frustrating and wish there was somebody fixing this stuff.

    Lost quite a bit of functionality in last update. Used to be able to view pending holds/transactions, but now you can't. Personally, I like to keep track of every penny in my account. Now I have to use a third party app to balance my account on the go.

    The system Update visions did now prevents me from tranfering funds and it actually makes my card unusable for what I understand to be no reason. Why did they change the system? Ive been so unhappy with this new version and system update since the 3rd day it was up. No bullshit..almost makes me want to change banks.

    whole upgrade is a horrible. express deposit is broken. visions never responds to messages or calls about express deposit. ctce was much better. visions is fly by night.

    The new app works *just like the old app.* However, the upgrade to the web-based application required all of us to change our username and passwords to conform to the new password rules. While a pain in the butt, they did give us warnings in advance of the upgrade. BTW - the web based application is way better!

    I thought the app worked fine before the upgrade. Now I can't login to my account, and I have to reset my ID an password. The mobile website has the same problems. I would prefer the older version.

    I loved this app until the update, it was perfect. I was forced to update or else I wouldn't be able to use the app. As soon as I updated the problems began. Every time I log in it tells me that the server is busy and went let me do anything. This app is a waste of space. I'm deleting it now.

    I can take care of most of my normal banking business on the app except depositing a check with a photo. I took several photos in natural light with a tripod and all three times, the app told me there was an error.

    I have had no problems with the app and find it to be a great way to move money.
